I am looking for a house to buy. I am a first-time home buyer and am quite nervous. Today I looked at a house that I am really interested in. It is 1284 sq ft and has 2 master bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath. I love the yard and I am liking it more and more every time I see this video.
I am pretty nervous about buying, but it is a wonderful time to get a great deal on a property. This one is listed for $99,900.

Remember to offer $5,000+ lower than the asking price. In that market I would even offer $15,000 less to start, and then see what their counter offer is!
